The criterion for accrediting the economic and financial solvency shall be annual turnover in the best financial year of the last three available according to the dates of incorporation or start of business by the entrepreneur and submission of bids for an amount equal to or greater than at least 47.560,60e (amount of the contract budget) per year excluding VAT.

Statement indicating the machinery, material and technical equipment that will be available for executing the works or services. The pertinent accrediting documentation shall be attached when required by the services of the contracting body.
